Alright, I'm beginning to do installs for some money. I need to know what to charge people for what I do. The local shops are around $60 an hour, but I think $40 an hour would be alright for me. I don't know what to charge for boxes or hu installs or comp installs. Could some of you experienced installers that do it for some money shed some light?

I would not charge $40 a hour unless you are insured and are doing really high end installs.

as for boxes you want to charge materials+your hourly rate for how long it takes to build it. same for head units and comp installs.
