Prevent clipping with line out

So yea i would like to know how you prevent clipping and get speakers bass from your head units without touching your line out converter

You set the amplifier gain with an oscilloscope and the proper test tones. You're not going to know if clipping is occurring any other way unless it's so bad you can clearly hear it.
