Pretty dumb question

This is about as basic as it can get lol but I need some help. I'm looking to get new front stage components and new rear speakers and want to power them with a 4 channel amp, Ive been looking at the KX 350.4, I have a KX 250.2 now.....the 350.4 is rated 4 ohms on 2 channels and 2 ohms on 4 channels and this brings me to my question, what ohm speakers do I need to get to get the impedence recommended? Thanks for any input. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

u can get any ohm speakers, its what ohm amp should i get, the amp u get has to be stable at the number of ohms or speakers run at...for example

2 ohm speakers to a 2 ohm stable amp=YES

4 ohm speakers to a 2 ohm stable amp=YES

2 ohm speakers to a 4 ohm stable amp=NO
