Premier P960mp problems

over the last couple of months my head unit occasionally freezes up to where i cant control it if its completely folded down,over the last 2 weeks its been permantly stuck this way and I'm pretty sure my warranties out,I was checking up on pioneers website for replacement parts because i'm sure its the ribbon thats messed up on it,on the website can the only part it shows for a ribbon is whats they call a pick up assembly,can someone tell me if this would hopefully fix whats wrong with my head unit?
