these things look like beasts to come from pioneer, anyone heard/have experience with them, i thought of getting a 12. im guessing they're more spl than sq, but opinions on this sub?

i just got a pair of the 3002's and yes they are really loud and dont sound bad at all. Can take a beating, nice big motor. I have 2 on a bp 1200 and they slam. Which is the one you bought? link?

Nice sounding subs. My buddy had 2 of the 3004spl subs and they pounded off a 1000 watt amp.

I was also considering one of these subs. They look good for Pioneer.

ive had good luck with pioneer subs so far, the amps are a diff story though, i had 4 12inch IMPP blue cones in my crx back in the day on 2 pioneer 760s and they slammed pretty hard in 4.5 cube ported to 34
