prebuilt memphis box

just picked up a last years pr10 for $50 and the dealer showed me a prebuilt slot port truck box from memphis i did a serch on the box its like 1.3cf ported to 45hz the dealer is by a army base and said he would sell me the box for $50 cuz most military guys don't drive std cab trucks he wanted to get rid of it do you think it would be a good box or not if it is made by memphis shouldn't it be ideal for the sub most of their subs work in the same air space requirements help me decide
