Pre fab. enclosure Good?

So i know everyone here makes their own enclosures and thinks that

pre fabs are dumb. I can't build my own enclosure because i dun have the tools, space or time.

Since the L7 is what i'm leaning twords i settled on the kicer enclosure but someone said its tuned to high 50s

that don't sit right with me. So i came across this:

seems intresting, 2 Qfeet volume and claims to be tuned to 32hz, the price is good, the shipping is gonna hurt tho

As far as ebay prefabs this is about as good as it gets. They make many enclosures that are built off of plans from this websites or are very much alike anyways.
