pre-fab box or custom built

I was wondering is there a difference sound from subs in a pre-fab box than a box built to that sub spec. If there is how much difference?

Pm a box builder on here and dont think twice. They're is a considerable difference having just made the switch.

If you have to ask this question, I think you know the answer. There is a considerable difference. Do it right the first time and either get some plans for somebody and build it yourself or have someone build one for you.

I kinda knew that, but had to ask. Anyways I suppose to get my d6's(2) today and I already had a pre-fab box.Guess I've to get 1 built. How much should it cost to have one built. I'm not building it cause da only thing I can make is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Moe's plans are stickied in the enclosure section but I hear he's too busy to build. PM PV Audio for plans and help.
