PPI A404 or JL Audio 300/4

I've been looking a couple amps and I have it narrowed down to these two, PPI Art series A404 and the JL Audio 300/4.

This is not the 404.2 amp.

Does anybody have any recommendations on these two amps?

I'm not looking to spend over 350 for the amps (both of these are at or under). I'm looking at 4 speakers, no sub.

I'm looking for quality.

i got a viper 200.4 for sale pretty close to the specs your lookin at $85 shipped.
