Powering SS 10" RLI D4

i need help choosing an amp to power (2) Soundsplinter RL-i 10". i don't know at what OHM they can be powered at ? (newbie) there rms range is 200-500. i think i iwould like somewhere around 250 going to each. which amp should i use? can power them at 1ohm? plz mention a decent and affordable amp. my amp budget is around S150. i would really appreciate it. thanks in advance.

are US AMPS any good for them?

I'd run a Diamond Audio D6 or D3. Great performance/qualiy ratio with those amps and they make great small sub amps.

500 to 1000 watts at either 4 ohm mono or 1 ohm mono will work great.
