Powering DLS comps & coaxial

So back to the question at hand, 2 2ch arc audio amps (KAR series) or JL 450/4. Would there be any sound difference or is one better than the other? Open to other options.

2 KAR amps.

Is that due to sound qaulity, build quality, or both. And about buying them online, yea your right they only have company warranty which is bullsh*t. Probably gonna buy from authorizd dealer. Thanks for your help by the way.

More versatility with two amps. Although at the same time, more space is taken up. I just prefer Arc to JL..
