if i ran them off the 1501d how would my electrical handle it? my alt is 105 amp in a 96 grand am.

No problem, just need to upgrade stock battery and alternator ground wires with somthing atleast 4gauge in size, and add a bigger charging wire from your alt to your battery.

Your amp and wires will be fine but an upgrade is always welcome. Your amp will only need that extra voltage 10% of the time in most cases unless you hammer on it with long rap bass

ok, but im still confused on what ohm loads ill get. Can i wire them both to get a 3 ohm load, or only 1.5?

i was thinkin a kicker kx1200.1 would do the trick. it would roughly be be puttin out 900w at 1.5 ohm and should be fine on stock electric i would imagine.
