Powerfull subwoofer for R&B and RAP

I wanna buy a subwoofer and amplifier.

I think about Re Audio XXX-15 and Hifonics Colossus and wire it on 4 OHM.

It's a good config? I wanna have a impact, pressure, sq and strong low freq.

Actually i have Audiobahn AW1206T + A8000V - it's definitely weakly.

Also i think about JL Audio 13w7 + JL Audio 1000/1 but it should be worse than RE XXX right?

My budget on subwoofer and amplifier is ~1500$ maybe somebody can cr8 better config?

I buy that items on ebay.

If you're electrical can stand up to it look into some sundown gear from what I hear on this sight the site hits hard, never owned it personally though.
