Powered Sub Recommendations

Hello all... Sorry, im sure this is a beaten subject..

Just bought a new 2017 Nissan Sentra... Base model stereo.

Im looking for a simple powered sub for the trunk, until I have the time to put a system in.

I have always gone with Bazooka, but my last one just didnt have the punch like they used to.

Can you guys recommend a decent powered sub?

A simple 8" sub and small amp to power it w/o breaking the bank.....powered subs are limited, vs if you were to buy a sub and amp separate.

saw your other post i have the ppi o1k does very well really most peeps be happy with 1 12 ported at 2 ohms with it.. several peeps here have the 900.4.. what subs are u looking at? u can get a sundown E 12 bstock for $95 car audio bargain.com great site, 2 of the 10's or 12's would be great on the ppi p1k

what kind of budget do you have and what kind of output are you expecting? Also, what amount of space are you willing to give up?

in any event, youre not going to get much happiness from a powered sub. A sub, amp and even a decent prefab box (atrend is a decent brand if you want to go that route) will be the easiest and cost effective way to go, custom box even built by yourself (trust me, the people here can guide you to get it built right and you dont need a full woodworking shop either)
