powerbass XA300D at .5 ohm daily?

I am currently in the process of rebuilding my entire audio system, all but my PB XA3000. im looking into ordering 2 - tc-3000 12's. im just curious if my amp can handle .5 ohm for daily. If so ill get 2 of the dual 2 ohm subs instead of the quad 2's

It sure will. I ran 4 of them strapped at .7 on music all the time. Mostly for burps though.

correct me if im wrong but, is .7 ohm strapped = .35 ohm to each amp?
