powerbass xa3000d vs. audiopipe 3000

Which one is more efficient? Will both do rated watts? Wanting to run on stock electrical at 1ohm with big 3 and 1/0 wiring. Can it be done? If not, which amps do you recommend to be more efficient? thanks.

powerbass is a power hog as is the ap3000d which only runs at 2 ohm

mmats is really the only amp company you might get away running stock for 3000 watts cause of there 120v rails

this is a much better audiopipe amp, same as the rd audio 3250v2 much better build class d so more efficient. but like i said your going to need electrical, what type of car you have sometimes you can get a cheap ebay alternator

both are good amps. pick 1 and run it u wont be unhappy..

on a stock elelctrical, you are going to beable to do nothing. esp in the 3krms range. maybe 1000 maybe 1500 but not 3k. you will destroy every amp you get within a month or 2...

u can run stock alt if you have a realllly good rear battery. i'm doing it no problem 90 amp alt and a big motha of a rear battery no problems....

the audiopipe will only be ran at 2 ohms so its out anyway. im running it with a 200A alt and a batt in the back for sure just to be safe.

the audiopipe's protection won't kick in until you go under ~1.3 ohms as I am told. At a local meet we tested the ap30001d vs the pb3000 and AP was more efficent and put out more power. But if you have stock eletricals and wanted to run at 1 ohm, you should go with the pb3000 because its rated to do 3k at 1 ohm. Ap3001d is rated to do 3k at 2 ohms.

id spend the extra money and buy a crescendo 3k ! 3300 at 1ohm and over 4k at .5 and is stable to .5 and has a 2 year transferable warranty !
