poweracoustik stereo??

I assume you do not either have the break wire hooked up, or you do not have it engaged. New DVD players have to be in compliance with a law that state you cannot watch video while driving, so they have a bright green wire that needs to see ground before it will allow the video to come through. I have never dealt with your model before, but try this, grab that green wire and touch it to some bare metal under your dash (a good ground)... then turn on the vehicle and if the dvd player works, then you can just ground it somewhere and have a dvd player when your driving (it is illegal, just a heads up). If it gives you the same problem with no video, it means it uses a more complex system and has to be grounded after the unit powers on.. If this is the case you need a relay and to look up break wire bypass on youtube...or be legal and hook it into the ebreak. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/waycrazy.gif.f4a380c3f94043939fd369defd9e6be2.gif

blue subwoofer wire?...you mean the blue with white strip or just plain blue. The blue/white is the remote turn on for an amplifier, and the strait blue is the antenna...does the instruction book say its subwoofer related?
