maybe your right but i like it

i do stock SQ referance 12 awg & 16 awg speaker wire in spools that i use on mids and highs

but for drivers i fab thicker leads

maybe overkill but no biggie

don't ,in most cases 12 awg speaker is fine

there is no audible difference in 16-8 awg wire i doubt just less resistance, better tranfer and looks better imho

nah bro thats fine i use 8 cause that it what my sub and amp take not trying to put a 12 awg wire in a 8 awg hole doesnt sit right

12 works prob just as well as 8

I get alot of questions asking me what type/ size of speaker wire to use. Hell, I have people who think speaker wire/ power wire/ negative wire is made from different material. Then when I tell them, you could use power wire for your negative, speaker wire, or vice versa, they call crazy. Dont let the title on the merchandise fool you.

But but anyway I use some 8 awg power wire from my girls joint as my speaker wire.
