Power Wire?

I was wondering if 0 gauge wire was ok for powering a Croosfire VR1000D and a VR804?

The shop used 4 gauge wire originaly but Im redoing the install and wanted to know if I go with the 0 gauge would there be a lost of power due to the increase of resistance?

How do you figure an increase of resistance with larger wire??

the increase in size of wire will cause less resistence.....0G wire is a bit large.....dont know if your amp will take 0ga inputs....might have to have a distribution block......

Im going to go from 0 gauge to a distro block them 4 gauge to the amps
