Power Supply

I have a phoenix gold R30.0:1. 3000 watts. And I will be applying them to 8 12inch pioneer TS-w305C's. Can anyone tell me what kind of power supply upgrades will in need for my car so this system will function properly ( alternator , cap, extra battery?????) If anyone could help i would truly appreciate it.
