I think it would be fine. I currently have a modded MTX 1501D running at 1ohm and a MTX 4122 and all I'm running is a stock battery up front, big 3 in 1/0, 1/0 ran from the front battery to the rear, and 1/0 going to the 1501 and 4 gauge to the 4122, and a Stinger SPV70 in the back and the only dimming I have is the interior light's and that's only when I'm sitting still. I previously had a Rockford T2000bd and a Planet Audio VX2004 and had hardly any dimming. It is also in a 2004 Sunfire so not to big of a alternator either.

Why an HC600 and D3100? The D3100 should handle the 2600W RMS by itself. You should NEVER mix batteries that are so different in size. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Also, do you plan to isolate your front batt from your back? You should since the stock battery is a flooded battery that rests at 12.6v and the D3100 rests at 13.0v. Not to mention that you run the chance of deep cycling the front battery, which will kill it.
