Power Connection (Remote) Amp?

Where do i connect this on the car? my amp will not turn. I know i have power running into the amp, cause when i put the ground and + together its sparks. The fuse for the amp is good. why is the amp not turning on?

i have a toyota mr2 MKII...btw... is it the power antennae wire?

if you are not using the stock radio you should have a blue wire com'n out the back of your radio. if not you have to hook it up to something that gets hot when you turn the key on! ( like radio fuse)
