one of my friends gave me his power acoustik pw315H and i looked everywhere online and couldnt find any of the specs, i even email the tech support at poweracoustik and they didnt respond so if anyone owns one of these or know anything bout them plz let me know some of the specs....

They are the biggest paper weights in the world. I say good luck to you. They have dual 2 ohm coils that are 2.5" in diameter. I hope your friend simply gave the woofer to you and did not require monetary reimbursement, otherwise it would have been a complete rip off.
