well, now jeep doesnt really make any true offroading vehicles anymore. (dont say wranglers). Probably the best jeep made was the xj, and a lot of people might agree, but there was virtually no plastics on them.

Yes it does you dumb faggot. The molds on the fenders of TJs and JKs are for transportation purposes from the manufacturer. Once you get it in your hands you're supposed to take all that shit off.

That's a bumper cover, not a bumper bro. And almost every vehicle has a plastic grille. I'm not here to argue about it though. My Jeep is fairly capable off road, plastic or no plastic.
