I see the exact same thing as you do in your regedit...

Might have to right click a .jpg and change the open with...to Windows Photo Gallery. My thumb caches were all deleted...then they popped back up. So that's the only way.

NY isnt NYC. im probably 250-300 miles away

and snow around here is considered local, because it mostly comes from lake effect bands not big storms.

lol , naa hes got a good sense of humor and probably laugh about it .. Thats y i wanted someone to get a good photoshop going..
