You don't think the families of the deceased would like to press charges ?You don't think someone who drives recklessly into a cloud of smoke thick enough to hide a crowd of 50 people deserves some sort of punishment ?

At the very least he should be charged with driving too fast for conditions and/or reckless driving.

IMO the crowd and their families don't deserve anything from anyone. It was their fault too. They didn't use common sense, went to an illegal gathering and paid for it....

There are quite a few industries such as lawn care and such that do not have to pay time and a half on work over 40. A lot of companies do anyways but is not always required by law.
