You see, your a keyboard commando. I dont feel the need to get here and boast myself for the people here. I am only here replying because I want you to know that you will not change the fact that you are a shady seller and shipper.

UPS should not suffer for your incompetence.
I have done over 100 transactions, and this is the first problem I ever had. You two would not allow me to take the proper channels to fix it, so in return I got scammed by you two.

The only real thing I find pathetic is that he feels the need to post his refund bit everywhere I go. That just shows me he is exactly like the 6 year old that didnt get the G.I joe he wanted and has to bring it up to mommy every 5 minutes in attempt to make mommy feel bad.

You're placing it on way too high of a pedistool. Its an audio forum wher eyou move and delete posts. It could be taken away tomorrow and Id be more then OK with it.
My point is, people feel I would be too irresponsible as a mod, when in fact I couldn't be much worse then what we already have.

You could have refunded and then filed your claim. No one in Texas was here to rip you off. You made the rules. You gave 4 options and then chose to receive the HU back.

You failed to describe so the amp isnt UPS fault. I even have teh guy who sold it to you verrify that they amp was in that condition. He even said it was that way from REQ.

You failed to wrap an expensive "Mint" as you say headunit with more then a layer of bubble wrap around the sides...not even the face where the faceplate mounts. Your poor packaging really wasnt UPS fault. Even with that said, you could have refunded and filed the claim same day. Would have been solved and it would have added to your rep of a fast person to resolve issues if there is one.

Now, I wasted enough time. I need to get this work done so I can go out drinking tonight and enjoy my real life. Real life > ca.com

So what you are saying is, you wanted me to be out $700? Not only did you want me to refund him, but he would have to keep the headunit, so he has $300 of my money, plus a headunit that retails at $400.

The headunit would be in his posetion only until UPS came to claim it. As I said, you could have refunded and had UPS pick up same day.

So in the mean time, nbudros has essentially $700 of mine?

It's too bad you are going to be gone, because I will be gone from Sunday to Wednesday. I'm going to Detroit. I wonder if I will be able to hack it in the big city, since I don't get out as you say.

He wouldnt have $700 he would have his $300 and UPS would have your poorly packaged HU

Perhaps while I'm down there, I'll get someone to rent me a car, smash it into buildings, then report to ca.com stating how drunk I am. That outta make me cool.

Looks like your packaging minues a few sheets of paper that seperated the amp and head unit.

Also the fact that nbudros lied about it not playing CD's. Perhaps I'll take a video of it playing CD's. Anybody got any requests for CD's?
I wasnt there. I saw it get installed, heard it play the radio and then I left.

He told me it wouldnt play CDs. Like I stated earlier...I wasnt invilved on the convo or return of the HU...just the amp that you failed to describe and tried to pawn off on UPS.

He didnt trust you and you clearly stated to let UPS look at it before you would do anything...you said this on more then one occation. YOU chose to not go this route. YOU stated you wanted UPS to look at the amp before anything else.

Now, with the HU...again I was not involved.

Im glad you feel that UPS should pay for something that clearly you are at fault for. If the packaging had been up to par none of this would have ever happened. And if by some chance the HU did get damaged, I bet the resolve would still be different and better for both parties.
