Same time pick up and refund would have been ok with me, but Im not involved on the HU.
He didnt trust you and you clearly stated to let UPS look at it before you would do anything...you said this on more then one occation. YOU chose to not go this route. YOU stated you wanted UPS to look at the amp before anything else.
Now, with the HU...again I was not involved.
Im glad you feel that UPS should pay for something that clearly you are at fault for. If the packaging had been up to par none of this would have ever happened. And if by some chance the HU did get damaged, I bet the resolve would still be different and better for both parties.
