I personally don't think the person driving the Caprice should get charged. I mean, yeah they should have slowed down and that could have saved some lives, but really who in the right mind thinks, "wow, look at that huge cloud of white smoke, I better stop, get out and yell to see if there is a big crowd of people standing in the middle of the street because of course there is a street race going on. Is an unfortuantate situation on all ends of the spectrum.

I know, if I was there, I wouldn't be going in the middle of a street, I don't care what time of the night it was. I would have been on the sidelines watching.

Actually I have never been to an illegal street race as an on looker, but driven in them, lol!

I never said he should've stopped; I said he should've slowed down and proceeded with caution ... but to go 55 mph blind into a cloud of thick black smoke ? That's fvcking retarded ...
What if the smoke was caused by a car accident unrelated to street racing ? It would've been fine for him to plow into the other cars at 55 mph ?

I have no idea. We've been best friends before we dated though. Believe me guys, she's a nice girl. She's not into the superficial shit that alot of these other women are into. Very feminine, but would get under the hood with me when I want to work on my car. She even washes my clothes for me and cooks for me. I agree, definitely a great catch. Just have to get past this pregnancy bs.

I use a XP PC at work and mainly a MAC OSX at home but I also have a xp pc....
Programs on the PC crash. DAILY! brand new "high-end" computer too. no cheap ram, hd, motherboard etc..

No software ever randomly quits on my Macs... A program might lock up and look like it's going to quit but always seems to catch up with itself...

My handy-dandy Vista reliability monitor has been sitting at 10/10 since I got my newest computer ...
My iMac locks up and freezes all the time ... and needs repair every 2 months ... because Apple didn't make the heatsinks large enough to support the hardware ...

i once barfed after smoking out, probably around age 16 or so, this was when i had just started smokin maybe once or twice a month, i was still a newbie. First of all, the "high" was completely different back then. I remember used to get totally messed up off some pipe rips, like almost drunk feeling. It really affected me quite strongly.

So yeah, one time i puked after a bad dinner, in a friends car. A lot of puke. I didn't have enough available cognition to open up a door or window, or say something normal. I just started banging the window and then threw up all over the floor.... all over my feel in flip flops....

man those flip flops were nasty.
