why oh why the neons. not too sure bout the ports either. nice subs though.

the neons were to show off the wrinkling of the surrounds

when I did sub sonic demo's

and the box configuration was an experiment that worked VERY

well...to this day the hardest hitting twin 12" set up I have ever

seen and will probably never be able to replicate

the box was shaped and placed so the enclosure and the rear

of the car combined and worked like a freaky Bandpass design...

there was a 2" space between the slope on the rear of the box

and the hatch window that worked like a huge assed port

the strength of the frequencies between 10hz and 18hz was

rediculous..the box was bolted down to the floor at all 4 corners

and the top of the box would move back and forth almost an inch at 15hz

I tried this enclosure design in other hatchbacks but it worked

the best in the 4 door 626...something about the shape and length

of the interior

my 91 CRX

the 9917 with two 2500d's on it and two kinetik 2400's

the MT 18 with two 2500d's on it and two kinetik 2400's as well

(did a better # than the 9917, same box)

two Mojo 15's and two 2500d's

And the # I did...

I was doing nearly this # with two amps on my TL after I got all the coils hooked up right and took out a dead yellow top battery
