its the backing they use to reinforce x-ray film in the box, lol..really thin and strong, found cardboard works better though, soaks up some resin where the pastic didnt...i advise using posterboard..

Could I just put long skinny 45's and cover them with a lot of resin so it basically fills up the whole corner?

How do you get cardboard to make a nice curve though without wrinkling up, or do you mean you just cut thin stips like ________________ that long and placed them in the corner and glassed them?

It's thin cardboard, not the thick corrugated stuff you are thinking of. i.e. his post above saying to use posterboard.

id have to say no. never tested it or anything, but imho, if your trying to gain output out of a sealed box...just build a ported box tuned low
