I think if you post dump in the classifieds (or anywhere other than the dome) you should get an automatic vacation of one week, but the mods hardly do anything about it even tho they are quick to ban or delete for anything else.

I give out infractions for it all the time. If you don't recall that is how a few members got so upset with me. They didn't follow the rules earned an infraction and/or ban and of course that is my fault. lol

I will start being more strict in the classifieds though, I am rather tired of seeing the amount of post dumping going on over there.
