possible wiring problems

Alright well I replaced my old broken amp with a brand new txa-100d that thing is so clean and beautiful welll i thought this might be the problem i have no power to amp all fuses are checked and not burnt the ground location should have worked as it did before with the previous amp the only thing i can think of to do is put the brand anl fuse and holder cadence gave me and see if that works if not re-run the power cable

take a dc voltmeter to all possible locations

ie: before fuse, after fuse, power distribution block, amp hookup

to findout where the power failure occures
