i know but i dont think 10" pioneers can handle that much power

You would be surprised...

People overpower them, giving 1000RMS a piece.

They're rated at 800RMS, Ive had them running on my Massive RS100 pushing 1000RMS @ 4 ohms. (Not powered properly), so probably 800RMS. And they barely moved at all and they were LOUD with no clipping.
