So the Zx2500 is fine having both pos/neg connected to the second battery, while the 4 channel is connected separately to its own ground?
why connect to seperate ground connect both to the battery
and u might need big 3 also if u paln to run full tilt at idle with that zx2500 unless u havea ho alt

Not necessarily at idle...
It will be pushing its 1200- 1400 RMS @ 4 ohms until I get 2 more subs, then it will be pushin the full 2500 @ 2 ohm. (when i will put big 3 in)

Is that setup safe though? like 100%?
As well as 2 - 10'' pioneer premiers 800rms each
i dont know if those subs are gonna handle that much power but ok

@ 4 ohms...
Zx2500.1 puts out 1200 or 1400 RMS at 4 ohms, not 2500RMS.
Each sub is 800 RMS, so 1600 RMS for the subs, and 1400 from the amp.. = good.
Oh sorry, I should have said theyre 4 ohm dvc
i know but i dont think 10" pioneers can handle that much power
