Ports. PVC? Prefab? Where do I get them?

I think I may need to do a tube style port instead of a vent because of size constraints. I will probably have to make the port a "U" shape. I know I could just snake a vent around inside of the box, but I don't think I have room. Anyway, the port needs to be 36 in^2 which is right at 6.75 id for a tube. I can't find anything that says whether PVC comes in this size and I can only find pre-fab ports up to 3". Where do I need to look? Or should I just do (3) 2.25" ports?

You could also check your local hardware store (like Lowes or Home Depot) for PVC in all different sizes.

On the topic of tube ports, does anyone know a good calc to use? I've seen links for a few in the past but can't remember them nor do I know which is best.

I never understood the psp sites calc, but I never really asked about it. I know it works for others though.
