1. If i make ports on my box will the sub life be shorter?

2. I just heard the Kickers sub are original to work on a NON-Port box is that true?

3. Some guy is charging me 35.00 dollars to make a Box is that price reasonable?

1. if your feeding it to much power any box will shorten your woofers life

2. huh?

3. if it is done correctly and not just a box with a hole in it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

1. No, unless to much power

2. I believe you are asking if the kickers will work better in a sealed box?? You can use them in either sealed or ported.

3. Good price if he know what he's doing, make sure he has the right specs for the sub.

thanks guys your replys helped me allot to make my decition , thanks again

I gonna try Sealbox if I feel is no good enough I may open the ports
