i have two mtx thunder 5500 4 ohm dvc 12 inch woofers. Currently they are in a prefab box. I am wondering whether i will experience a great gain in loudness by going ported? If ishould port, will it be easy to make a box? I have never made a box before(seeing as this is my first set of subs). What kind of tools do i need, and what kind of wood.
