It seems like ppl tune a few hz lower then their cabin peak

It can vary... Team Sundown Derrick typically does 9 Hz -- works well for him... but it will vary by port area as the more area you have the less bandwidth and you must tune closer to peak.

My "Magic Box" is tuned 2 hz under peak.

 
typically with any box or competition you will notice that your highest numbers are a few hz above your tuning frequency i usually aim 3 hz in my car

My question is what frequency I must tune my ported enclosure in relation to the peak cabin resonance of my vehicle.

I think it's been answered pretty well above but let me just cut to the chase. You can get close by guessing, but you will in all likelihood need to just TEST, TEST, and TEST some more. There are several neat little tricks to modifying your port tuning //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Some require interchangeable ports. Some do not.

How do you find your vehicle's cabin resonance? Is there a way to test that or is there a chart somewhere? Because I know for sure the large box in your trunk can change your trunk's resonance, not sure if it's that easy to change your cabin resonance.

I know where you can go to get this question answered. Unfortunately I will not give this info out on this forum. Maybe someone else will.

The only thing I can think of is using a bunch of complex physics equations, or by running a subwoofer with a super flat output in a sealed box and playing test tones and listening for what's loudest.
