Ported box for edk12d2

Ok I have an Elemental Designs 12kd2. I am looking to get more output then my current 1 cubic foot sealed enclosure is giving me so I want to go ported. The box's outside demensions will be 14x14x28" and it will be built with 3/4" mdf. I am looking t ouse a rectangular port tuned to 35hz. My problem is I dont know how big or long to make the port . So any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are the links to the specs for the sub.

what side of the box do u want the port??and whats the measurements of the side of where u want the port??

I want the port to be on the front with the sub. Its a 12" sub and the outside dimensions of the front are 14X28" with 3/4" mdf.

No I can build the box myslef. I just need demensions for aport.
