When calculating the port volume of the box do I need to use the required CuFt for the subs or what the gross volume would be? and how do you prevent port noise? and when I calculated the port dimensions tuned at 33Hz I get a port area of 42.40 in^2 with a width of 4in and height of 10.5 the length is 61.99 inches did I do this correctly?

You have roughly 50 liters total, which will probably work with that sub.
