i dont know much about ported boxes but i want to change my box to a ported box and i just have a few questions:

how many cubes?

what should it be tuned to?

which of the box plans in the sticky are best for me?

can anyone give me some brief box plans? not too detailed, just a rough sketch of what the design would be.

about 1.5 cf each tuned to like 30 htz.

each? so do you mean that each sub has its own chamber? or does the WHOLE box have a total of 3 cubes?

1.5 EACH if you do seperate chambers--which i personally recommend or 3 cf net after displacement if doing a single chamber.

check out jlaudio.com for the specs, i built my enclosures separately for two subs, and it was loud as hell
