the port on my box sucked up a pack of cigarettes (2 in pack) i had in the trunk. should it be drawing air in at all or is my sub playin reversed??????

why dont you get your woofers so hot that they blow and ignite a small fire causing the cigarettes to light, then sue them for starting a fire, and sue someone who supposedly supplied you with box plans for it ******* up the cigarettes and ultimately giving you cancer through second hand smoke.

iirc not much air is suposed to be going in/out of a proper vented box.

well i would assume that its the same amount of air being moved, but as port area increases, port velocity decreases (so it would feel as if less air is moving)
