port placement?

What kind of vehicle is it going in? That's not going to be enough port... It's better to do fewer, larger diameter ports too. A single 8" flare would do much better.

Follow the basic rule of thumb regardless of what WinISD says. 12-16 square inches of port per cubic foot of box volume.

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
