port lenght calculators

if i entered a 12 cu.ft. net into the calculator in winISD and a slot port of 20.5"high by 6"wide it gives me a length of 12.41 but if i were to enter that same info in winISD pro it give me a port length of 13.30, which one is more accurate i want to tune it to 35hz.

and one more question do i add that port to the box... like 12ft^3 + port displacement??
