port help

The outer box dimension are 34Lx18Hx12D using 3/4 mdf.

I need a port dimension and what hertz i need to tune it to. i was thinking maybe 30-50 hertz but what would be good?

50 would be waaaay too high...unless your building an all out spl competition box. shoot for low 30's.
