ok i found this online calculator and it said that i need at least 110" of port area in order to have no port noise when i plugged in the t/s parameters. This seems a little excessive to me. then i went onto the port length calculator and with the 110" of port area with a 2.2ft volume tuned to 30hz it gave me a length of over 8ft long. this just can't be right, the port would take up the entire extra cab of my truck. I'm thinking around 60"^2 of port would be more appropriate but what the hell do i know????? thanks for any help guys.
