Have a quick question about speakers popping when turning off the car.
I installed a (old cheap) four channel amp I pulled from my closet and four speakers (Infinity). When I turn the car off I get the famous popping sound.
But while troubleshooting the popping sounds I discovered the following.
It seems to only be there when I connect all four speakers.
Before I go out and buy a new amp I was wondering if this could be caused by my cheap amp?
I have replaced all grounds and as mentioned the pop is gone when I only have pair connected.
Cheers!

- When I disconnect the front pair of speakers from the amp the popping sounds is gone.
- When I disconnect the rear speakers the popping is sound is gone.
- When I tie the speakers together to the same posts ( 2 ohm) popping sounds is gone.
