Popping noise from subs

Checked both amp and hu grounds, both secure and clean. anyone else have an idea what is causing this?

This sound only happens when i change songs, sources, moving the volume knob from 0-1, and only when i turn off the system not when it's turned on.

sounds like a problem with your headunit..have you checked the RCA connection? what HU is it?

all bass boosts off? do your RCA's come close to your power wire? are the RCA's plugged in tightly to the HU?

i'm going to try running a new set of rca's across the cab to see if that stops it.
