Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD....w/ CD-BT200...............NO caller ID????? HELP!!!!

I just had a Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD w/ CD-BT200 in my truck. I have tried everything I can see in the manual and do not seem to be getting anything that even resembles a caller ID. I can take a call in the truck, but can figure out how to get the other phone related functions working. HELP PLEASE!!
